Will my ad be placed on the What Women Want website? YES. All advertisers will have their ad posted online as well as providing a link to their company website. There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for this service. Do I have to sign a long term contract? NO. Our agreements range from four months to one year. The longer you advertise with us, the greater your savings! Please contact one of our associate publishers for further details and specials in your area. How do I create my advertisement? We will create your ad for you! Camera-ready artwork is not needed. In fact, we would prefer to design an ad for you that will bring you customers. You may provide the logos, pictures and a copy of what your ad should feature. Our Art Department will custom design a “business building” ad for a small production fee. Can I get a discount or special rate? YES. We have various discounts and specials we run throughout the year. Please contact one of our associate publishers for further details and to find out the specials currently offered. How will I be billed? Invoices are mailed on the 20th of each month and payment is due by the 10th of the following month. We accept Visa, MasterCard,Discover, American Express, cash and checks. For your convenience, you may also choose to have your payment automatically billed to your credit card each month saving you time and postage. (Credit card acceptance varies by area. Please contact the associate publisher in your area for further information.) How do I know if my ad is working? You should always ask your new customers how they heard about your company to make sure your advertising dollars are working for you. Offering an incentive can also help keep track of how your ad is working (i.e. Receive 10% off when you mention What Women Want) Can I use coupons in my advertisement? While we encourage advertisers to offer discounts in their ads, we do not put coupons or other "cut-outs" in the magazine. This prevents ads on the opposite page from being cut up and thus losing effectiveness for that advertiser. We do offer online coupons however, which many of our consumers greatly appreciate! Can I have my business featured on the Cover Page? YES. However, our covers sell out quickly and far in advance! Please contact the publisher in your area for availability and pricing. Can my ad appear in multiple directories? YES. In fact you can receive a "volume discount" for placing your ad in more than one directory. Contact us for more information on this option. |
